Two Ancient Yoga Poses to Eliminate Belly Fat

Ancient yoga is very effective for weight loss, therefore, we specially introduce two poses of ancient yoga to reduce belly fat.
The Snake Stretch Pose
Step One: prone on the mat, arms on the side of the body with palm upward, and the whole body completely relaxed.
Step Two: back muscle forces upper body lifted, so that the jaw, shoulders, chest slowly leave the mat. Both hands holds the mat, with eyes looking up at the ceiling, so that the whole spine changes into a beautiful arch.
Step Three: maintain the position 10-20 seconds, using the nasal cavity and abdominal cavity to breathe as far as possible. Each time you breathe in, you can feel stretch of the jaw, neck, throat, chest,abdomen and legs.
The Bolt Pose
Step One: starting from the kneeling position, with right leg toward right, let the right foot keep in the same line with left knee.The right foot to the right, do not bend the right knee. The arms fully extend to two sides,which is parallel to the ground.
Step Two: breath, moving the torso and right arm bent to the right leg, right hand along the right knee towards the right toe. The left arm fully extends upward, eyes looking at left hand fingertips, maintain the abdominal breathing evenly.
  The bolt pose can help eliminate the fat in the waist line, nourishing and strengthening abdominal muscles and organs. To keep this position for 45 seconds, restore torso and arms in situ, and then change legs position. The pose for both sides should maintain with equal time.
